Sorcerer - Rodan Brood New Years Update

The previous version had some confusing wording and somewhat uninspired mechanics, if I am entirely honest. It had some similarities with the Paladin Oath of the Monster King subclass and I wanted to further differentiate it and give Rodan a better go.
So, when I think of Rodan, I think of two thing: Fire and flight speed. So that was the focus of the update. Increase speed, more focus on fire damage and fire resistance, and clearing up the wording.
Here's the changelog:
- Bio-Volcanic Body changed. Fire resistance at 1st level remains intact, but instead of a burst of fire that you have to do, it's a flat buff in damage based on con mod.
- Volcanic Flight and Supersonic replaced with Supersonic Pterosaur. Flight speed at 6th level remains intact, but a little more limited. But, in compensation, you can now take the dash action as a bonus action a number of time's equal to you con mod on short or long rest.
- Thermal Shockwave remains intact with wording cleared up.
- Fire demon is a flat buff for most of the features of the subclass. Doubled flight, immunity to fire damage, Fire spells ignore resistance, unlimited bonus action dashes in flight, unlimited thermal shockwaves.
The balance for this subclass is a bit heavy. Restricting uses of the dash to long rest is probably the first nerf it will get if it feels too strong in game. It's probably a little too strong overall, but I'd rather it be too strong than too weak. The previous did feel pretty weak to me, so I hope you all agree that this is a step in the right direction for rodan representation.
