Barbarian: Path of Ruinous Energy (previous ruined soul)

I had some inspiration and decided to roll with it and really liked it a lot more than the previous version.
The path of ruinous energy is a dedicated anti-mage barbarian with eldritch origins. When you play this class, you wield the lingering power of a previous reality that directly destroys the magic of the current world. It would make a very thematic warlock multiclass! It even already has an in built reliance on Charisma.
From a design perspective, I love the idea of making a dedicated anti-mage, but I think it might fit better under fighter? Barbarian is nice thematically because it is the furthest thing from being a mage in the game, but that also limits it a lot more than I wanted to. Let me know what you all think! If I get some requests to make a fighter version, I might!
