Bard: College of Spell Painting. A very wonky early build of a painting centered bard subclass. Also an update on content.

Honestly, this concept is hard to work with mechanically and wording wise with how 5e is typically phrased. This is, however, a big step up from the previous version (the college of imbued paintings). Tell me what you think!
As far as other content goes, I'm having a bit of a hard time right now getting into the writing mood. My home is currently under heavy construction improvements that will last at least until the end of this month. I'll try to get some Kaijuborn content out this next week (ideally an update for the whole thing with the Rodan subclass and the Royal Axe of the Kong's).
