Rough mock up of a centipede inspired race in the vein of the Centuar

These guys are a bit strong right now, they don't have a name, or lore yet. This is a really early build that came from an idea I had awhile back.

# CENTIPEDE

### CENTIPEDE Traits

Your character gains CENTIPEDE-like capabilities.

***Ability Score Increase.*** Your Strength score increases by 2 and your Constitution score increases by 1.

***Age.*** Saros can live up to 80 years with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

***Alignment.*** In the heartland of the continent, the empire of the saros governs with cruelty and efficiency. There society is governed by status and class.

***Size.*** Saros vary in size widely from barely 5 feet tall to just over 8 feet in height. Your size is medium.

***Speed.*** Your base walking speed is 30 ft.

***Language.*** You can speak, read, and write Commona and Sarosian.

***Charge.*** If you move at least 30 feet straight toward a target and then hit it with a melee weapon attack on the same turn, you can immediately follow that attack with a bonus action, making one attack against the target with your toxicognaths.

***Hundred Legs.*** You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push or drag. Additionally, you have a climbing speed equal to your walking speed.

***Toxicognaths.*** You possess a special set of legs adpated to be venemous and needle-like. Your toxicognaths are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal Piercing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.

***Venom.*** As a bonus action after you hit a creature with your toxicognaths, you can force them to make a Constitution saving throw. The DC for this saving throw is 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 1d6 poison damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increase to 2d6 at 5th level, 3d6 at 11th level, and 4d6 at 17th level.

After using your toxic sting, you cannot use it again until you complete a long rest.
