Sorry that these pages are a bit rough; I spent most of the last few weeks battling inexplicable computer problems. Poor TALON_REFIT (my current computer) is, I think, on it's last legs. Unfortunately, this is a crummy time to be buying a new computer, with inflated prices and month-long waiting lists due to the chip shortage and supply chain problems, but I think I have stabilized the old girl to hopefully last out the year.

How is the computer broken? Most hardware issues can be fixed including swapping hard drives to SSD while preserving the OS and data. If its an OS issue there are ways to reset the OS while preserving data and settings. If you need some pointers or advice on extending the life of the computer I can lend some help.

2021-11-08 07:35:19 +0000 UTCGreat, now I'm trying to design a gun with a modular plug-in-port, so you can dock your glove directly to the port, and somehow turn your finger INTO the trigger..... Maybe if the port was on a curved rail of some sort, so you could rest your finger one way, but sweep your finger the other way to trigger it?

But that would reveal his Second Sight (if indeed it wasn’t a dream). A better time would be after the chaos of this hijacking. In all the confusion, even with eidetic memory she’ll be hard pressed to rule out that he didn’t see exactly that down some corridor, if indeed it happened. (I am guessing it did.) and if Alex literally sees some human remains during the battle, we’ll, now he doesn’t even have to bluff. I am guessing Loroi would be caught off guard by bluffing, given how many species they can simply read for perfect psychological information. Even lying is going to be a bit foreign to them.

2021-11-01 05:57:49 +0000 UTCIt just dawned on me that he was given a weapon without a trigger guard. That make sense since it need to be useable while wearing a space suit. This is also common for weapons used in artic conditions that also force the use of heavy gloves. A good design of that gun.
