Hey first of all thank you and much respect for Kinda Funny to continue to cover news relevant to the BDS movement against Xbox Games including Xbox developer unions calling to support the BDS movement against Xbox specifically. However it was pretty noticeable that there was no disclaimer or any reminder of the BDS movement against Xbox prior to starting this preview coverage. For example of the podcasts I listen to, both Giantbomb, Jeff Grub's morning news show, MinnMax and Nextlander, Remap Radio all have at least a short disclaimer when covering Xbox/Microsoft Studios products to remind people that there is the active BDS movement targeting them. So I am just wondering if this was merely an oversight from KF staff that no one thought to mention it prior to the start of the game preview? Or, more concerningly, was there a company-wide discussion and top-down decision explicitly not to mention the BDS movement prior to covering, reporting on, previewing or even reviewing Microsoft-related news, products, etc? Or thirdly and much more difficult for you all to comment on, as part of the NDA's and other terms agreed to by KF to engage in this round of Outerwilds 2 preview coverage, were there specific terms or conditions in those agreements to not mention the BDS specifically or terms or clauses more broadly that the BDS movement would fall into, that KF then made the decision to sign on to? This later one would obviously not be able to publicly commented on because it's a private legal document, but I would like to put that idea out there for other KF supporters to consider as a possiblity. I am hoping again it was the first option and an oversight so hopefully you all can clarify perhaps in one of the daily shows or maybe a Gregway. Either way I am sure many people will be keen to see if KF makes this disclaimer in the future especially when formally covering and reviewing Microsoft titles this fall and amid an ever-more horrifying situation in Gaza.
