Currency Changes - What are your thoughts?
Added 2021-01-28 19:27:24 +0000 UTCI've been thinking about this a lot recently - if I had my way, and could change my currency to GBP, I would. Because, right now it's hard to weigh up exactly how much is coming in each month and what feels like a lot can be cut by a 3rd or so when it actually comes in.
A way around this, I suppose, is for me to look up conversion rates and convert the current tier prices to the GBP equivalent.. since, if I made a new account here the tiers would be the same number, just in a different currency.
Obviously any big change like this is one I would like your guys' opinion on. I wish there was an easier way to go about this, as now if I change the prices, all my tiers will be a little all over the place with numbers to match the conversion rates, but it's something I've been on the fence about doing for a while and with the new month incoming I thought now's the best time to go about potentially making the change.
Another option would be to make a new Patreon page before the month's turnover. That way I could also get on top of organisation and tagging properly, so you guys can find all posts of a certain type under each heading and so-on. I've also considered moving to other platforms as Patreon has been getting more and more strict with its guidelines.
Thoughts?
