Can't wait to play the games again. It has been a while but Rouge is probably one of the strongest characters. She relies a lot on her supers but gets beaten at 1v1s by stronger characters. She's one of the most mobile characters in the game, it's hard to catch her unless you have tracking projectiles in your transformation form.
Rouge is one of my favorite in the game but there are other characters I also like in the game. Her transformation design is actually that revealing. Idk how they got away with it but here we are.

I played Power Stone on the PSP, it was the only UMD disk I had. I played it for a while until I found more games on my memory stick.

I was at the Galloping Ghost arcade a couple years ago (check it out if you ever get the chance) and was delighted to find a Power Stone arcade cabinet. It had been long enough that I'd basically forgotten how to play but it was a fun time.
