Retro Audio Solutions: Pioneer Audio Gear Review

Not to mention: external audio solutions like this are basically a requirement for a pro monitor if you don’t want to be stuck using the on-board mono speaker! But I’ll trade the convenience of using a TV’s built-in speakers for better fidelity every time. I am a big proponent for using vintage stereo equipment for any application. It’s often much cheaper than what you’ll find new at a big box store, better quality that was built to last because the electronics inside are simpler, and just looks way cooler! modern amps/receivers look so uninspired these days with no real character. I have a vintage Hifi in my living room and wouldn’t dream of updating anything. The only modern touch I did implement was a Chromecast audio so I could play Spotify from my phone wirelessly.
