Pacing and some questions

I wanted to know what you guys thought on "monthly polls." I know they are supposed to be fun, but i feel like they won't get done, unless i take less time from commissions to do them. I know i still have to do the Adult Neptune poll drawing, but i wanted your guys opinion if i should still even have it around. I want all the honest opinions you guys have on it, because I'm willing to change things if need be. please let me know either here of through DMs
