Fraud

On November 16th, someone was caught using stolen credit card information to get two months worth of rewards. The account was deleted and removed, but not with any consequences. I was charged two months worth of patreon money back to the card. I was never informed nor told about the incident and am now pushed to shoulder the missing balance by patreon. This is very frustrating as I never did anything wrong and even gave away two months worth of content away.
It is very unfair and I am now looking for some alternatives since Patreon cannot afford to help out hurting creators. Thank you for the support, unfortunately some of your support will be going to paying for for that fraud's acts.
