while excellently researched and presented (13/10 ep honestly), this was a horrifying listen for me for multiple personal reasons. to list a few: 1. i was one of the kids in their early teens doing "cool webcam stuff" for some grown-ups on the internet, they approached me bc of that fucking bear and i got stuck in its "fandom" until i "aged out" (at 16). 2. i didn't even speak decent english when i found 4chan's /b/ at 13 y.o. back in like 2004, i'm from the global south. it was just that easy to find. 3. the realization of where and what i was doing specifically then, and everything that could have gone wrong once all connections were established to the relevant monsters. i think this is one of your best episodes so far, Internet Man. i might revisit the ep once i... work through some stuff.
