Update - Pervy Halloween!

tl;dr - I've been working on my taxes and some new sex toy scenes for the game which will likely not show up until I introduce shops to the game.

I know it's early to do a Halloween pic (and this one probably isn't my finest work) but this is what you're getting this week! I was going to release it on the actual day of Halloween, but it seems like the custom now in the lewd art world is just to release Halloween stuff all through October, so I'll just give it to you early.

For Halloween this year Nobuko and I wanted to make a shot that would be a tribute to Elvira's famous picture:

Unfortunately I couldn't find an appropriate dress, but Nobuko had already died her hair black (the beehive wasn't going to happen either) so she insisted on going ahead with the shoot anyway.

At least the Nobuko pic is in 4K, so if you click on it you can get the full res version. Maybe I'll revise this and do a better version for you next year, if I feel so inclined. I do think if I spent some more time on it I might be able to come up with a better result.

A spooky month

This month is the spookiest time of the year: Australian tax deadline month. I've spent much of this week looking for an accountant to work with for this year and the future, as well as putting together information on the last financial year for my taxes. When you've got an employer it's usually relatively low pressure to do a tax return, but if you haven't then it's a big drama to assess income and expenses, then pay whatever you owe.

I'm hoping that I'll be able to get an accountant to help me set up for the new game project I've been preparing in the background, so that I can launch that as a more professional business operation than my rather sloppy, "just do whatever" approach to Patreon thus far. We'll see.

Game progress!

Yes, I actually have been making PAT progress this week too! Actually, I have a couple of rather cool bits of content in development now for when I eventually introduce the shops into the game. I'm kind of wondering if that should be the next update rather than introducing Mika, in fact. Not that I don't want to get the Mika content started (I do) but just that I tend to follow whatever scenes seem interesting to me in the moment and if I've got stuff done for one thing then it's often worth just releasing that.

Still, I might try to make Mika the next update anyway; I still have time to do that. I can hopefully polish off this current work (it's a scene for Nobuko and a scene for Shizu, each involving purchase-able sex toys) that I could then set aside to put into a later update when I eventually introduce the shops as a major update later down the line.

Well, I mentioned that I wasn't particularly happy with the picture, but what do you think? Is it better than I'm giving it credit for? Also, do any of you have to deal with the same kind of tax hassles that I do? And what about the shops? Should I focus on those or stick to the Mika content for now?
