Mead Brewing (Another mini poll)

I was planing to make my way towards mead craftables, but then I got into dilemma.
In general, when you brew alcohol in real life, you don't have only single bottle from the whole process. So, I was wondering what do you prefer?
A. - Each brewing cycle will produce a barrel that contains 6 bottles
B. - Each cycle will produce a single bottle
The thing is that if you have a barrel you'll need to have two extra interactions - one to fill 6 bottles, and then another one to fill 6 glasses for consumption from each bottle.
In the case with producing a bottle, then you will have only one extra interaction - to open the bottle and have 6 glasses to drink.
Which one do you prefer?
