Mulberry can be found in debug mode when you seach for 'Mulberry' or bought from the Harvestables Enabler
Can be planted and harvested
Since it's a fruit, it can be eaten raw or used in recipes which require fruit as a cooking ingredient.
Can be sold using City Living Craft sales table or Grocery market stall
Toddlers can eat it

Thank you! I did actually try to add extra interaction to collect leaves (when I was researching silk farming) aside from fruits, to be more accurate to reality, but was unable to make it work.
