What is the Energy Pill Vending Machine?  From the FCS PDA Encyclopedia:

Should we keep it or...consign it to history?

If we should keep it, should we change / add pills for various effects (assuming we can do them)

extended oxygen / decreased O2 usage

faster walk/run speed

temp health increase

heal-over-time that does 90% (makes them slot efficient vs medkits).
