2025-08-09 04:23:51 +0000 UTCI’m sorry for the misunderstanding - I said “brave statement” because I agreed that 29 is not old and it would be silly to think so. I’m turning 27 myself in 2 months. I didn’t get into what the whole Maria argument was because it’s really not the point of the video but in the show people thought she was being ageist against a 31 year old woman and she was explaining I’m 29 I don’t think I’m old and neither is a 31 year old. It’s a silly argument because of course life is not over in your 30s and far from it. I hope that makes sense and again I apologize for the misunderstanding. It was not my intent to demean being 29 or older, far from it.

2025-04-07 12:27:46 +0000 UTChi ashley! new patron here and love all your content! been bingeing the new stuff here :D i did feel that your comment about maria stating 29 isn't old is a "brave statement" and your overall attitude about her age was possibly a bit ageist and insensitive to audience members of that age range. granted, i am turning 35 next month, and perhaps i'm in denial or overly sensitive about my rapidly approaching middle age and rapidly ticking biological clock and projecting my own insecurities, and maybe I'm older than most of your other audience members, but 29 or 30 really isn't that old... 35 might be a different story though ha.
