End result is sometimes also referred to as futanari or futa. Dickgirl. The Japanese have a word for everything. You were expecting puss and found a dick instead. If you paid money for a hooker who turns out like that, you're probably not getting your money back, and you might get beaten up and robbed of the rest of your cash (incomplete M->F still has testosterone-given muscle), which is not only a trap in the conventional sense, but possibly fatal to the disappointed client.
