Animation Guide Style Tests
Added 2023-01-22 03:47:26 +0000 UTCA few tests of various different styles of animation from our crew animation guide! The amount of frames you use and how you space them apart does A LOT to change the mood/feel of your animation on top of adding or removing time for production. A snappier animation with less frames will be much quicker to make and also feel a lot more comedic and frantic while a smoother animation with more frames will feel a lot more grounded and serious. Depending on the needs of the shot and what we need to convey with the character's acting we'll use one style over the other or even a combination of all 3. We've worked hard to make an extremely thorough guide for our animators to keep not just on style, but character movement consistent. We plan on releasing our full animation and cleanup guide to you all who are curious about what that might look like and how that process works.

I feel like the hybrid makes it look the best here because of the added panic she gets when going into the next frame.
