So, what's next? (March 2022 Update)

Another month, another Far-Fetched update for your eye-holes! We really hope you all enjoyed the teaser clip from the pilot. We’re completely blown away by the response & really didn’t expect so much attention to be brought to the show so quickly! It’s so nice that everyone has finally gotten a taste of the characters and the tone of the show, but trust us; that was the most BORING part of the pilot! There’s so much more we have in store that we can’t wait to show you. So let’s MARCH right into this month’s update! (Please, don’t leave.)

Honestly, we’ve been taking the last couple of weeks a bit easier than usual production-wise. After the teaser release, we decided to give ourselves a breather while seeing what people thought of the first real taste of Far-Fetched. However, we’re currently working on planning out all of the other backgrounds and character layouts for the rest of the pilot. We want to get all of them mapped out so that full animation for the more action oriented & monster-filled sections will be easier for the animators to work on.

We thought we’d go ahead and fill you in as to what’s in store for the rest of the pilot. Don’t worry we won’t spoil all the good stuff, but here’s a quick summary of what you can expect to come. As you all saw in the teaser clip, the Sesamoid gang are attempting to shoot their first amateur music video at the abandoned Camp Crag summer campground, armed with a single camera & little preparation. As they try to get things rolling, things end up going wrong and they figure out they’re being watched. The gang have to work together to escape from monsters in the ice cream truck, those of which you got some silhouettes of last update! So you can expect a bunch of action packed & crazy spooky moments in the second half of the episode!

Going forward, we’d also like to hear from you guys about what you’d like to see more of in these monthly updates. We usually try to pump them full of whatever we have at the time, but we’re interested to know what you specifically would like us to touch on more of, whether it be characters, animation, music, etc. You guys are the ones helping us make this puppy financially, so we’d like to make sure you’re getting your money’s worth here!
