Nearly there! (January 2022 Update)

Happy New Year, folks! It’s the year 2022 on this one-way train ride that we call time. Hope you all had a great holiday season & the new year has been a fresh start for you! We’ve been completely nose-to-the-grindstone this month over at Far-Fetched. Our main focus has been putting the finishing touches on our pilot teaser clip to release in February. There’s a bit of clean-up animation left to do & then we’ll be moving onto the final comping stage to make everything look as good as possible! Once done, you guys will get to see the teaser a few days before the public as a token of your support!

In addition to going full-speed ahead on the pilot, we’re also making strong headway into the writing the script for episode #1 of the series! Currently working on refining the dialogue and choreographing some of the bigger scenes, but overall we’re just trying to get ahead of the gang while working on the pilot! We’ve also been working more on fleshing out more of the episodes for the first season & the lore of the show overall, and are beyond excited to fully dive into this crazy story that we’re going to tell.

Earlier this week, we posted our second original comic of Griff doing his vocal warm-up with Kira. One of our artists / character designers KK has been doing an amazing job drawing the comics & we have plenty more in store! Thanks to your amazing support here, we’re going to start making them way more regularly to tie everyone over while working on the actual series. We’ll be trying to vary them with different members of the Sesamoid gang being the focus, so that you’ll get to learn a little more about them outside of the show itself! Hopefully, they’ll provide you a giggle or two as well.

Starting this month, we’ll be changing the time & date of our monthly Q&A based on your votes of availability. From now on, it’ll be at 5:00 PM PST on the Saturday after the monthly post goes up. So for all you $5 & up patrons, we’ll see you on the 22nd to answer all of your juicy interrogative statements! Not too sure who from the team we’ll be having on as guests this time, but it’s sure to be as chaotic as you’d expect!

We’ve had a big jump in patrons heading into this new year & we just wanted to thank you guys for that support. We really couldn’t begin to make this show without your support, and since getting so much more of it, things have been quite a bit easier and affordable to make happen. We’re going to continue grinding our bones to dust to make this show the best we can, and hope you all have a great rest of your January!
