About the Manga

• Plot

  • Shunka still thinks she’s engaged to Kyousuke and starts training herself to be his housewife. This leads to Aiko thinking Kyousuke actually loves her oh noooo don’t worry this joke doesn’t stop happening at all. For a little bit she actually wants to be engaged to Hentai Kamen which gives Aiko and Kyousuke a little bit of a break but soon goes back to trying to marry Kyousuke. Meanwhile Kyousuke keeps getting magnetically drawn to panties which he is compelled to put on his face and transform. He then defeats various ruffians including bikers and frequently the Yakuza. This happens at places such as an ice rink, a dress shop, a garden, an art museum, and even a burning building. 

  • Kyousuke then goes to the airport to pick up Shunka and her brother’s parents who look identical to them and have arrived from China. Apparently China is completely disconnected in every way from the modern world because they have no idea what anything is. After they see Hentai Kamen stop a plane jacking, Shunka’s mom decides that she must marry Hentai Kamen instead of Kyousuke. She causes some havoc for a bit but then it’s time for the hot springs arc. It’s a hot springs arc. A comedy of errors lead the girls to think Kyousuke is peeping on them. 

  • Soon though a guy named Tengu Maru who’s a ninja that dresses up like a Tengu has been making trespassers on his mountain get naked, causing him to pop a boner. He then sees Aiko and decides that she must be his wife so he kidnaps her. Good thing he doesn’t know what sex is. Hentai Kamen defeats him and sends him to jail where he starts having horrific PTSD about Hentai Kamen. This is worsened when he tries to escape and Hentai Kamen stops him again.

Why it failed / What it did worse

• man there's a lot of text 

• The weird love triangle thing just slows stuff down dandadan shows it right 

• Where's the hk crime fighting?

• The fighting seems kinda mid, I feel hk never has any real opponents 

• Where mom at, well at least it doesn't have the weird sexual vibe

• Really continues to not build on having any real sort of cast, the fact they couldn't have a chapter without the mc in it is disappointing and shows structural flaws 

• All the wedding talk is kinda a drag 

• I can tell it's trying to do more with the formula kinda but the chapters still feel the same

• It feels like this is the author trying his best and the series just doesn't have a lot of meat on its bones

• The plot back and forth with the finance is weird also please have a plot that's something else 

• The art I feel has gotten lazier like less detailed

• Why is there so much text???

• What is with the tengu rapist?

What it did well / What it did better

• The humor is still dumb, when you're married you can share abed as much as you'd like 

• It's so dumb but great he has different fighting styles based on underwear 

• Wow actually a plot

• I feel the world finally feels lived in like people made a hentai Kamen vinyl model

• I do like it has some more organic antics of HK stopping ruffians rather than it just sorta happening and HK is there 

• The gags I feel are funnier like him eating the sushi that was being thrown out the door 

  • The female mc kicking the wall during ice skating saying she's not upset 

• It has HK solving issues not related to fighting like hk the marriage counselor is great. That reminds me of the book report which was also one of the best chapters 

• Glad they started dating 

• The love triangle plot was going to be really annoying so glad the author pivoted quickly 

• Hentai Kamen crotch is always funny 

• When it's dumb in Just the right way like flight attendant kame

• It tried to have a villain with tengu man? 

• Showing PTSD for a villian in this is actually kinda wild

• lmao the translator notes saying he looks like he has to pee in that one panel at the sushi spot

• It's weird defeat means friendship isn't a trope besides the Chinese people 

• Where did our favorite ambiguously gay club captain go

• What's with chapter 29 being the same as the first chapter?

• Ah finally Kamen fights another sexual predator
