Added more transparency + 1 donation tier

Hello everybody! First of all, I'd like to show my humblest gratitude towards all of you who have decided to become Patrons to support the future of Blackimus. I can't thank you enough!

As of today, I have added transparency as to what I will use the donation money for: development funds. Development funds for anything that requires money, such as:

- Paying for voice actors (This has happened already);

- Paying for 3D model commissions (Very likely to happen in the future);

- Monthly/subscription fees for tools I actively use for my animations, such as Elevenlabs - a TTS AI tool;

Also in response to some demands of a bunch of people, I decided to add a new donation tier of 10€. I know some people are willing to provide even more, but I'm not comfortable enough to reach that far just yet.
