Alrighty everyone, it's that time again! I've been busy working on the Alchemist's release and the Vanguard development alongside a bunch of other stuff, all while getting a wicked kidney stone that took me out of commission for a few days. It's been... yeah.

Classes

Alchemist: Updates

I'm extremely proud that the Alchemist released to overwhelmingly positive reviews, going Silver best-seller in under a week and remaining in the DMsGuild's Top Ten Most Popular for two weeks (that's pretty rare for a class)! The class just recently got an errata to fix a few hiccups, but it's been a pretty smooth release overall! You can see a few reviews of the alchemist down below.

Vanguard: 80% Complete

The Vanguard is in its v0.3 playtest with a v0.4 coming later this week. If you're not in the Discord, you can see this playtest attached below. I've been excited to hear about players rolling them up in the Discord community and if you've got any "field experience" with a vanguard at the table, please let me know!

I'm also trying to raise funds for the artwork to help get the Vanguard up for sale before the end of the month. Sovereign: Concepting

Those of you not in the Discord may not be aware, but I've picked the Sovereign's design back up following the Pact Boon of the Crown. This class is one I've been wanting to make happen for so long, but had to put off after I hit a brick wall with the design. I expect design streams on this one to pick up very soon.

Zodiac: Concepting

This is one I feel I'll get to before the end of the summer. Star Magic has always felt underserved in 5e and I picked up "Glitter Hearts" by Greg Leatherman for some inspiration. I can't wait to see where this one winds up.

FUTURE PROJECTS

Dungeon Folio

I am planning an open collaboration that members of my community will be able to submit for: a large PDF of nothing but "5-room dungeons" that fit on 1 to 2 pages. This is still sitting as a concept for now, but I will update you all as it progresses.

AUGUST EXCLUSIVE POLL

This month, I allowed an extremely generous donation for the Vanguard artwork to decide a subclass that I previously put up for a vote to make it through this month's voting. So the Metallurgic Essence Sorcerer is for sure making it to this month (though it may go by a different name)!
