Added 2020-02-08 02:38:48 +0000 UTCAstrid is a stoic warrior from across the sea. She prefers to let her weapons talk for her and when she does actually speak, she tends to be gruff and aloof. It's all probably an act though and she's a total softy at heart. Right?
Clearly something happened in her homeland to cause her to wind up all the way across the world, but she isn't up for discussing it. She currently serves as a bodyguard for the royal family and is easily capable of defending them by herself. She never seems as alive as when she's in battle. Or drinking. Or fucking. But only with people she trusts of course.
Will she end up trusting you though? Rumor in the palace is that some magical curse befell her in her homeland, causing her sullen nature. Who knows if there's any truth to it though.

I love the mix of characters you have here with a sexy woman, futa, and femboy as main characters rather than minor characters with one or two scenes like some other games.

Maybe it makes sense from a story standpoint, but not from a fetish or business one, and story can be rearranged to make sense. I mean what straight player is going to wait that long, only to get half the content? At least if you made it earlier in the game you might retain some player base.

2020-02-08 07:34:35 +0000 UTCI definitely intend to keep in touch with people as it's a big motivator for me working on the game. I guess I just like seeing people react to my work, good or bad. Also you're right about breaks. I've seen lots of other devs burn out. I try to combat that with preparedness. I have the story outlined pretty well so I know where it's going and what has to occur in each chapter. That way I know there's a light at the end of the tunnel so to speak.

I wish you sucess and am looking forward very much to future developments. Make sure you schedule your development well and also include reasonable breaks inbetween. You should also communicate regularly with your patrons. So many games fail because of sudden onset of depression or laziness or because there is radio silence for too long and people forget about the game or lose interest. Be diligent and continue engaging as much as you can manage and you will most likely succeed with this rough diamond.
