I appreciate your work, but I won’t be moving over to the new platform. Increasing the price for the ad-free episodes by 67% without even acknowledging it or responding to any of the comments from the “exciting change” post has dampened my enthusiasm to support the show. Also, handing all your supporters’ email addresses to a new platform without consent is a bit of a peculiar move for a podcast that is so focused on data privacy? I understand that you’re trying to build a stable business around your work, but I think this transition should have been handled better. All the best anyway – maybe I’ll resubscribe at some point in the future!
