Year-round the Monks of the Dragon maintain the open aired , unroofed altar. Keeping it in pristine condition and providing regular offering on the marble altar, they seek to appease the Dragon.

Though the colour of the scales change depending on which dragon is ascendant, there is always a Dragon to appease. In return for offerings which sate the Dragon’s desires, the region is safe, both from draconic devastation and invaders. The offerings vary with the changing of the Dragon. The benevolent Dragons accept offerings of art, gems and gold. Wicked dragons, while fond of loot, demand living sacrifices.

Here is our Dragon Altar map set, 18 maps at a sizeable 44 x 60. Variants include altar, throne, astral, statue and spider as well as white and dark marble. A fun place for the PCs to meet a dragon, fight dragon cultists or steal offerings (because dragons never hold grudges;).
