The sound of celebratory music playing deep in the woods is intriguing enough for the matsutaki foragers to seek its source. Is this one of the fey parties of legend? Following the sound awhile, the forest opens up to clearing in a cul-de-sac hemmed by steep rocky rises. Atop an incongruously located wooden platform, a band performs for an unseen audience beyond a skull festooned shrine. Getting closer, the foragers notice the chains around the performers ankles and the desperate fear on their faces.

"So glad you could join us!" booms a deep voice from behind them. "Whoever heard of a party without a feast?" Turning to the voice, the foragers despair as the blue skinned, horned oni bounds towards them, laughing all the while.

Here is our Lair of the Oni God map set, The inspiration is a self proclaimed god, who moonlights as (in reality is) an oni, catches wandering musicians and makes them perform while he watches from his throne. When he tires of them, or they can no longer play, he feasts.

Made up of seventeen maps plus eight assets. Variants include day, night, swamp, lakes and mystical. This is great for rescue missions, or if the PCs are captured, escapes. Usable for many different scenarios, not just the one presented above. (We just like oni villains). Let us know how you use them.
