Change-log: Added additional content to initial Karishma encounter in the bathroom to reflect player choice on trans on/off. Both Female and trans content are now available for said scene.
In addition I've also added trans/female content to the last scene from 0.3 (previous update) where you can follow Karishma and get a scene in the shower.
The content for both comes in renders and some partial animations for the first scene, a lot more (full animations) for the later scene as it makes more sense at this point in time.
