As a 51 yo woman with a history of neck, shoulder, and back injuries, may I recommend monthly chiropractic adjustments? At 18, I fell down some stairs and dislocated my shoulder when I grabbed the railing to arrest my fall (better than rolling down the entire flight and possibly breaking my neck). By the time I was 28, that shoulder cracked painfully at least twice a day, and I also had a knee popping with every 7th step, most likely due to the stress and damage I put on it in youth sports and marching band. I started seeing a chiropractor in my 40s. Since getting a chiropractic alignment every 3 weeks, those daily pops and cracks have gone away. They still pop occassionally, but those mostly occur in the 2-5 days before my scheduled adjustment.

I am trying to get a channel going and find that I am spending an average of 6 hours (2 hours research/prep, 30 min filming, and 2.5 hours editing) per 10 minutes of content. I am interested in learning how much time other creators invest.
