This was a good writing opportunity to make it so not everything is something Bjorns done in the game besides not being able to test every combination possible via essences and stuff like that. It might be necessary to become that overpowered. Here’s why- 1st this is a real world and it’s not as simple as going straight to the abyss gate once you’re strong enough. 2nd He never cleared any other possible game routes in the story. The royal arc for example. He said overthrowing the royal family is impossible in the original game. Which just means you’d need lots of luck in the game or find some hidden pieces like this basement floor to become extra overpowered. Via hidden content and new essence combinations not otherwise possible unless venturing here. 3rd the original clear and all modded games say at the end. Tutorial completed. We don’t know what challenges lie within the gate. You may need to be overwhelming more powerful in order to actually clear that unknown area. Bjorn was worthy of entering the abyss in the original game but who knows if he can overcome it with his og build. 4th The characters in the lore of the og game and entities surrounding the evil spirit phenomenon exist as well as the gods. In the game, the witch wasn’t in the story at all. Neither was Auril Gavis, the true floor lord’s sentient nature, extra floors, outside world, the kings unseen reveal as a terrifying existence, the other entity(s) involved in the modded game summonings who may be one of the aforementioned characters, and so much more now that this is a living breathing world. In conclusion, Bjorn might need to become overwhelming overpowered in order to tackle any or all of these challenges. My theory is he will become a fairly late game character because of this very floor. It has all the makings to transform you into an op character. The rain provides immense mana stones, tier 9 to tier 1 monsters, and so many ways to farm experience :) it’s perfect as long as they can return easily. If not, as in there’s special conditions or you have to wait 2 labyrinth cycles in order to return etc. Then it’s frustrating but still immensely important.

You set up this patreon to have some money coming to translate. your Patreon does state everyday except weekends, so you set up that expectation. you accept our money so you should deliver on your patreon. Also you did not post the prior weekend even though you did post you were going to (the weekend before your birthday).

If Bjorn can obtain bellarios essence and the other gigantification essence… He can be considered a fairly end game character? I don’t know when he will level up but he should have one slot open and if he levels up. He can obtain both of those essences! If gigantification stacks with the orc hero… Bjorn will be op and so huge especially with transcendence! The library will be essential for farming. The rain will be great for materials and such. Once they’re stronger then they should tackle even more and get out.

He’s actually the key to proving that evil spirits aren’t evil. It’s those summoning you who are. Spirits don’t have a choice and they’ve essentially been kidnapped while the entity summoning them is the culprit. It’d be extremely difficult to deny his words even for the king. Unfortunately, the misaligned trust doesn’t work on him. Considering if lots of explorers attest for him. It might be enough to convince everyone. Regardless, that’s all IF he can get out that is… He might’ve been forced in the monsters body by the labyrinth itself… if he’s the only monster evil spirit or one of the few… He’s either been summoned by auril gavis which is unlikely imo. Still possible but it’d be boring from a writing perspective if everything is his doing and factoring the black or butterfly or wolf round table member revealed that another entity was involved in summoning people from the cheat versions of the game. Itd be interesting from a writing perspective to start introducing non auril gavis evil sprits. Anyway if it’s not him, it could be the witch, someone capable of extreme dimensional magic (ruin scholar if he can figure it out eventually), the royal family, or the labyrinth itself. Since he’s one of the first explorers and this is the floor of “records”. It could be the labyrinth chose him to be “recorded” forever… That might also mean… He’s the floor lord… it’s possible. Not likely but still possible. The only other monster we’ve seen that talks was dread fear and he was a floor lord… it’s not proven or hard evidence but it is good for thought. I don’t really believe this theory but it’s on my mind so why not. He’s been alive for thousands of years and it seems that floor lords or the true floor lord has more to them than meets the eye. Also possible he’s not aware of his own status as he’s the dump lord if he is a lord. Regardless, he’s still been alive for thousands of years, the only known monster spirit, and must have more knowledge than he lets on. Have the other monsters in the village never ventured out in his stead? Maybe they can’t trigger events because they’re monsters? Hmmm… the library has to have a hidden piece and info. If they can summon a floor lord there at all. It might help provide more info. Unfortunately, they don’t know the difficulty level of this floor. If there’s tier 1 monsters well… it might be overpowered!

Which is essentially a dump for the other floors when the labyrinth closes… there might be a way out from there or is it further down? The library might have a boss or a hidden piece connected to either leaving the floor or the floor lord if there is one. Bruggmid monster chief also has some place heavily guarded. It may hold clues to everything. If he’s the only monster evil spirit… he might be an indirectly connected to the other entity mentioned at the round table. The one who summons people from the cheat version, the witch, or its auril gavis again. The witch might be the other entity. It’s possible the other entity is summoning lots of people from other worlds because of the fragment of records prophecy that the original clear player will open the abyss gate? It’s only a possibility though. It’s also possible that since the monster chief was one of the original explorers. That he was chosen by the labyrinth as a “record”. A labyrinth only evil spirit. That might make him this floors floor lord without even him knowing. Also if he’s really an og explorer he’s likely super strong or gotten so strong he wouldn’t realize some of his strength is from being a lord. Might even chalk it up to a monster body with his soul power etc. Or he does know and he’s fooling them? I doubt the monster chief floor lord theory heavily by the way. I’m just saying it because it’s in the back of my mind. If he’s was chosen by the labyrinth as a record or something and not a lord. Even without all that, he’s still an extremely special case. A monster evil spirit. It might even be a way to attest that evil spirits aren’t evil. That it just happens to you and the real murderers are the ones behind the summoning. It might’ve been because of the witch etc.
