Hello!

I am back! I won't bore you with this year's reasons for downtime, but the downtime has very much done what was needed and I am ready to get things going here again.

This summer I returned to the UK to escape the Portuguese summer heat. Oh what a contrast to winter for Xmas/New years! The sky was blue, the sun was shining and the UK population seemed just a little bit happier. 😆
I didn't capture much of my time, choose to live in it first for a bit and no focus on making content out of it.
But one thing I helped out on I couldn't resist capturing a little of, and that is what this video is. It's a little rougher that my usual work, I had to make it from random phone clips and photo's, but the result is a video that hones back to the early videos; a diary post.

Do you remember back to winter when I got trapped by a flood near my friend George's narrowboat? Well I head back to the much drier (and visable) mooring as we set sail to get the boat's engine fitted.
"How do you move a narrowboat without an engine?" I hear you say.
George has thought of that. 😉

It was my first time doing anything remotely narrowboat, river or canal, but I was in my absolute element.
