Departure - BROKEN DOWN: Ep.9

A wildfire broke out and within a few hours had torn through our valley and over the mountain. The whole area has been devastated.
I'll save the details for when I get around to that video as it's all still very fresh, but we are all fine, the Bombeiros did an incredible job over 4 days to tackle the fire and by nothing short of a miracle it missed us by metres. Very happy to have houses that move atm... 🤷🏼♂️
Anyway enough of such things, back to when there was snow, ice, fun and little chance of wildfires!
I find my feet again after a life lesson from a dog. Ash and I play with the tractor quite a bit. We do more wood stuff & I make a Swedish candle that works this time to light our final night together before setting off for the next leg of the trip.
Annoyingly my MacBook has finally given up.
The 40+ degree days have pushed it too far.
Next week I'm going to have to send it off for repair and I'm guessing a new battery 🪫 but hoping to have it back ASAP so we can continue.

You are by far my favourite youtuber... Don't think I've watched an episode this series without a tear!! As others have said, I was elated when I realised it hadn't finished. I'm not sure you realise what your videos mean to us all, thank you dude. Side note, I'm sat about 45mins from where Ash's tractor engine was made lol...

I was psyching myself up for that to be the end of this Northern adventure, only to be left elated to know it carries on a little longer!
