30. Frozen

Winter has it's own set of unique challenges when you live in a van.
Let's just say there's a reason part timers winterise in the cold months.
Excuse the rough voice in this one. Last night was my buddy's stag doo, and we went hard. Very much paying for it today.

I had an experience with leaking pipes under the sink once but caused by too much heat 😵💫. Was a bit damp so I directed a fan heater at it and then forgot it was on = melted plastic. Fortunately that was all as it could have been much worse 🔥

It dispels the romance that some have of “It must be wonderful to be free of life’s’ hassles.” It’s a fact that one little job always becomes at least three other jobs and all little jobs are just a pinch away from being a major reconstruction or re-build. People forget this is your home and like all homes, occasionally, needs maintaining or repair. A good effort on the filming and editing and your skills will be a bit rustic at first but it will come back. Personally I like the “amateur” feel to these things, it becomes less of a “production”. Thank you for starting up again, nice to see you back.
