Housesitting v0.10.0

The next update is here, finishing off the ninth day of the story, adding four new scenes. It took way too long, I know. I'm very sorry. I've tried to explain at the bottom of the post.

Anyway, for the update itself:

In this update, we have another exciting encounter between the boy and Sarah, and the rift between the boy and girl further develops, building up into a conflict. What will happen? Who knows...

There's also various engine improvements (some of which fix bugs when it came to variable tracking when going back in time), as well as adding buttons to change the font size. In the background there are some more, but it's not really worth going into.

"SCENE01" is just a short scene focusing on their daily lives and gives some backstory on the boy. It also sets up going shopping on Monday for a techsuit.

"SCENE02" starts with Sarah teasing the boy, then a conversation between Mike and the boy.

"SCENE03" is hopefully the pearl of this update, featuring a sex scene between Sarah and the boy, where they go a bit further than the day before. 

I hope I wrote it well enough and that it was exciting and has a reasonable pace, I didn't want to go through with a full-on blowjob, so I thought this might be a good compromise. Let me know if this pace between them is good. If it isn't, I'll rewrite the scene.

"SCENE04" is a scene with a bit of downtime, primarily focused on developing the relationship between the boy and girl.

I hope you liked the update, and that the time-skipping between scenes isn't too confusing - I'm trying to move the story at a good pace. Let me know if it's too fast or if it's confusing.

I'll try to explain, if at all possible, why it took so long and why I went radio silent. I didn't mean to do it, and I apologize again.

The writing itself took forever, which upset me, and made me avoid all social media to not make me feel even worse. 

It took a long time to finally finish the writing of the scenes, but I at least somewhat enjoyed it, so I spent an hour a week on it. But when the writing was finished, I had to edit the scenes.

And I just couldn't get through it. As posted previously, I was only working on it at night on Saturday, and it was just too tiring. I really couldn't motivate myself to not go to sleep. 

I then wrote the next diary scene instead of working on the editing, which made me regain a little of my motivation. I started editing a little bit at a time to at least keep making some progress. 

When editing wasn't going very well, I also worked a little bit on the "engine" side of things. Maybe this wasn't very smart since it wasn't very productive towards getting the update out. I'd finished about 60% of the editing as of eight hours ago.

I've been sick all day today, and I couldn't sleep at all tonight. So I decided to put my time to good use and carry forth with the editing, forcing myself to finish it, at last. I'm not sure the quality is as good as it should be, but it's not going to get better with the way I'm feeling right now.

I meant to also include the diary, but I'm growing too sleepy to finish editing it tonight, and I don't want to delay the update anymore. I'm not sure when the next time I can work on it like this is. Sadly, despite being sorry for taking so long, I cannot promise to work any faster.

I'm honestly at my limit mentally. In any case, I don't plan to abandon the game, I care about it a lot, and I truly am working on it when I can. 

If it's too slow, I totally understand, and I really am not in any monetary trouble. If you want to cancel your pledge and want a refund for the past couple of months, please let me know.
