I landed an amazing brand deal with Prime Video which was much more stressful than you'd initially think! Still a dream come true really so I shan't complain, but it's left me less energy than I'd like for other more creative things.
That SAID I have pretty much finished two tracks and work on a third has begun for a new EP, And I'm ready to start getting the momentum going on videos again
I guess we settled on fighting fantasy, right? I collected a bunch of tapes together for possible subjects!
I'd like some stuff to actually talk about but I think I have settled on...the fantasy works of Ralph Bakshi. Less so Fritz the Cat, but it means I can definitely talk about how much I love that animation!

Bouphe that's awesome! No need to apologize imo, and I hope Amazon promised a fat check down the line. Ralph Bakshi's LOTR was one of the first movies I remember watching as a child, I remember it as a strange mix of cozy, surreal and a little ultra-violent. Very excited for you to cover his work!

Bakshi's lord of the rings and the story behind it is awesome and comical, fire and ice is one of my all time favs bakshi and frazetta together for swords and sorcery, perfect.

2022-09-09 22:36:13 +0000 UTCReally anjoyed the watch parties, I can understand they were tough but I fell worth it. As for Ralph Bakshi, I loved Fire and Ice but Real World was a film I HAD to watch as a kid AGAINST my parents wishes!!
