Zeo: Consumed by Hunger!

Desperate to escape the burdens of heroism for just one day, Adam finds himself at a seemingly innocent fast-food festival. But beneath the festival's cheerful surface lies a nightmare waiting to strike. Lured by a deceptively playful mascot, he becomes the first victim of a monstrous entity whose hunger is insatiable and sadistic. Despite his valiant attempts to fight back, the bacon-wrapped, ketchup-spewing terror slowly, horrifyingly devours him—both body and soul—leaving a horrifying mark on the festival grounds as it bloats with his power.

Feeling full yet? Or is there always room for more?

Bon Appetit!

The streets of Angel Grove bustled with excitement as the Fast-Food Festival hit full swing. The smell of sizzling burgers, sweet cotton candy, and fried delights filled the air. Families and groups of friends roamed the carnival grounds, laughing, shouting, and clinking their cups in celebration. Brightly colored banners waved overhead, boasting contests like “The Ultimate Hotdog Challenge” and “Milkshake Chug-a-Thon.” A perfect day to relax, to let go… to forget the constant battles that came with being a Power Ranger.

Adam Park needed this break more than anyone. Lately, the pressure of being Zeo Ranger IV was starting to wear on him. He loved his duty—fighting for the safety of Earth alongside his friends—but that didn’t mean he couldn’t feel the exhaustion creeping in. Today, though, he was determined to leave all of that behind, at least for a few hours.

Adam strolled between the food stalls, savoring the mouth-watering aroma of grilled meats and fresh-baked buns. His teammates had scattered across the festival, each seeking out their own guilty pleasures. He caught a glimpse of Tanya in the distance, laughing with some kids near the popcorn stand. Seeing his friends happy helped him relax… a little.

"Alright," Adam muttered to himself with a grin, rubbing his hands together. "Time to find the biggest, juiciest burger they’ve got. Today’s all about me for once."

He approached a burger stand decorated with an over-the-top cartoon mascot—a massive grinning burger with eyes and a chef’s hat. The stall owner waved cheerfully, flipping patties at lightning speed while customers eagerly lined up for their orders. Adam couldn’t help but chuckle at the mascot’s goofy grin.

“That’s gonna haunt my dreams tonight,” he joked under his breath.

Just as Adam stepped into line, a chill ran down his spine. It was subtle at first, like a faint static charge in the air. His Ranger instincts flared—a nagging sense that something wasn’t quite right. He turned, scanning the crowd. Nothing seemed out of place at first glance. Families laughed, vendors shouted their promotions, and kids dashed around with oversized soda cups. Yet, he couldn’t shake the feeling.

Then he heard it.

A muffled scream. Quick. Abrupt. Cut off too soon.

Adam froze, his senses sharpening. The sound had come from somewhere behind the food stalls, near the festival’s storage area. He glanced around, hoping someone else had noticed… but the crowd remained oblivious, lost in their revelry. His stomach tightened.

“Duty calls,” he sighed, stepping away from the line.

Adam approached the back of the stalls, weaving through the maze of tents and crates. The festive noise faded the further he went, replaced by an eerie stillness. A few scattered food vendors chatted nearby, oblivious to anything unusual. Adam kept moving, his boots crunching softly on the gravel path. The air grew cooler, the shadows deeper.

A sudden dragging noise caught Adam’s attention near a gap between the tents. He tensed, moving toward the source. Just as he reached the corner of a large supply crate, he heard it again—a faint, desperate cry followed by an unsettling wet squelch. Adam froze, his mind racing. Slowly, he peeked around the corner.

He saw a young girl—a teenager, likely a fair volunteer—being pulled behind one of the stalls by something massive and grotesque. The creature resembled a monstrous burger, its bun-like body quivering as thick, greasy tendrils of bacon wrapped tightly around the girl’s torso. She thrashed wildly, her screams muffled by a slick coating of viscous, cheese-like ooze that dripped from the creature’s jaws. Her hands clawed at the ground, leaving deep grooves in the dirt, but it wasn’t enough. With a sickening lurch, the monster dragged her fully into the shadows.

"No! Please! Somebody—"

Her voice was silenced in an instant. The only sound that followed was a low, guttural chewing noise, sending a wave of nausea through Adam. He clenched his fists, his mind torn between shock and fury.

"What the hell is that…?" he whispered.

His first instinct was to contact his team. He reached for his communicator. “Guys, this is Adam. Something’s wrong near the back stalls. I think… I think we’ve got a situation. Possible Machine Empire involvement. Stay on alert.”

Before he could hear any reply, a sudden eruption of screams and shouts tore through the festival grounds. Adam’s head snapped toward the commotion as a flood of panicking people surged toward him, cutting off his attempt to communicate. The interference was worse than he thought.

Before Adam could decide his next move, a commotion erupted nearby. The festival crowd began to scatter in sudden panic, shouting and tripping over one another in a wave of hysteria. The path back toward the main area filled with fleeing festival-goers, their faces twisted in fear.

“What’s going on now?” Adam muttered, momentarily caught in the tide of panicking people. He tried to push through, but the chaos made it impossible to find a clear space. He couldn’t morph out in the open—there were too many eyes everywhere.

"Calm down, it’s probably just…" he trailed off, his words drowned out by the noise.

The crowd continued to push and shout around him, their movements erratic. Adam struggled to stay balanced as he was jostled from side to side. He cursed under his breath, knowing he needed to find somewhere hidden to morph. He scanned his surroundings for an opening, frustration building as the crowd surged in waves of confusion.

Finally, the panic began to die down, and the crowd thinned out enough for Adam to slip away. He ducked behind a supply tent, his breathing heavy from the chaotic ordeal. He hesitated momentarily, still grappling with the surreal sight he’d just witnessed.

“Okay, let’s do this right,” he muttered.

He activated his morphing sequence, green energy surging around his body as his armor materialized. His visor glinted under the dim light as he summoned his Zeo Hatchets. Fully morphed, he moved cautiously, scanning the area.

He caught a glimpse of something out of the corner of his eye. A helmet-sized burger creature was bouncing slowly in the distance, its bun shimmering in the fading sunlight. It paused briefly, as if aware of his gaze. Adam stared for a moment, his mind racing.

“Is that… part of the festival?” he muttered. It looked ridiculous—like a malfunctioning animatronic mascot. For a moment, he almost laughed at the absurdity of it. The thought crossed his mind that the crowd might have panicked over nothing.

But something felt wrong. Deeply wrong.

The creature’s eyes glowed faintly red. It tilted its head in an unnervingly human-like motion before bouncing off into the shadows.

Adam’s grip tightened on his weapons. “Alright… let’s see what you really are.”

***

"Hey, buddy, you lose your festival map?" Adam joked, approaching cautiously.

The burger turned and bounced in place, eyes glowing faintly red.

"Oh, I’m not lost... but maybe you are," it said in a disturbingly high-pitched, sing-song voice.

Adam stopped, suddenly uneasy.

"Yeah, uh... good one. You’re not gonna win any comedy awards, though."

Without warning, the burger lunged at him, moving with terrifying speed. Adam ducked and rolled to avoid it, but the monster was already upon him, tendrils of sizzling bacon strips whipping out to grab his arms and legs. It pinned him against a wall, squeezing with unnatural strength. He gasped, panic setting in as the crowd noise faded in the distance.

"Whoa, hey! Back off!" Adam struggled, but the tendrils tightened.

Adam strained against the greasy bacon tendrils, their surprising strength forcing his arms to his sides. The grotesque mascot tightened its grip, causing his armor to creak slightly under the pressure. Despite the danger, Adam’s instinct for humor flared in the face of terror.

"Alright... didn’t know I was up for fast food fight of the year," Adam quipped, gritting his teeth as he twisted against the binds. "What's next? You gonna hit me with a ketchup cannon?"

The burger monster let out a disturbing, broken giggle, like a malfunctioning carnival ride. It tilted its head unnervingly, its eyes flickering between crimson and an unsettling pale glow.

"Oh, don't worry... I’ve got plenty of toppings for you, Green Ranger!" the creature crooned, each word dripping with grotesque glee. "You'll be my main course tonight!"

Adam jerked his shoulder, loosening one tendril for a split second. "Main course? Sorry, pal, I don't think I'm on your menu," he shot back, yanking one arm free and quickly summoning one of his Zeo Hatchets. With a swift motion, he slashed through the tendrils binding his other arm.

The sizzling strips of bacon shriveled and retracted with a wet hiss, releasing a spray of hot grease that narrowly missed Adam’s helmet. He jumped back, assuming a fighting stance, his hatchets glowing faintly in the dim light.

"Alright, buddy, you asked for it. Let’s see if you’re all bark and no bite." He lunged forward, swinging his hatchet with precision.

The burger monster bounced back with alarming speed, evading the strike effortlessly. It hopped a few feet away, landing with a heavy thud that shook the gravel beneath them. The thing’s voice changed, deepening slightly and taking on a mocking tone.

"Bite? Oh, I’ll bite! I’ll chomp, chew, and swallow you whole, Ranger!" The creature snapped its toothy bun-mouth open and shut, the jagged, yellowed "teeth" inside grinding together with a horrific crunch.

"Yeah, you’ve got the nightmare fuel act down," Adam muttered, cautiously circling the monster. "Let’s see if you’ve got the strength to match that ego, huh?"

The burger’s red eyes flashed dangerously, and it let out a growling laugh. "Oh, you’ll find out soon enough! But first… a little appetizer!"

In an instant, the creature launched a volley of twisted, oversized fries at Adam, each one streaked with glowing, molten cheese. Adam barely had time to react as the first projectile smashed into the ground near his feet, sending scalding droplets flying.

"What is wrong with you?! That’s not cheese, that’s lava!" Adam exclaimed, leaping to avoid another barrage. "You’ve got some seriously deranged cooking methods, pal!"

He sprinted to the side, narrowly dodging another molten fry projectile that exploded on impact. The burger monster cackled, savoring the chase.

"What's wrong, Ranger? Not a fan of hot and fresh? Come on, don't you wanna sizzle?"

Adam gritted his teeth, quickly analyzing the situation. This thing was far more dangerous than it looked. He needed to close the distance and take control of the fight. He zigzagged between the attacks, using the smoke and debris from the exploding fries as cover.

"Alright, Chef Psycho, let's turn down the heat!" he shouted, hurling one of his Zeo Hatchets straight at the monster’s head.

The hatchet whirled through the air and struck true, embedding itself deep in the creature’s bun-like shell. The burger stumbled, letting out a distorted shriek of pain as sparks and oily liquid sprayed from the wound.

"Gotcha!" Adam sprinted forward, summoning his second hatchet to finish the job.

But just as he closed in, the monster's body convulsed violently. It twisted and grew larger in an instant, the bun splitting open to reveal rows of jagged, greasy teeth beneath. The embedded hatchet was pushed out as the creature's form expanded, and Adam skidded to a stop in shock.

"Okay, that's new... What are you, some kind of burger kaiju?!"

The monster's voice deepened further, distorted and menacing. "Oh, you thought that was enough? Silly Ranger. You have no idea what you’re dealing with!"

It stomped forward with surprising agility, its swollen form rippling with oily mass. Adam barely had time to dodge as a massive bacon tendril whipped past him, smashing into a nearby stack of crates and sending them flying.

"You’re tougher than you look," Adam admitted, raising his guard. "But I’m not exactly easy to fry either."

He leapt onto a nearby platform, gaining higher ground to assess his options. The monster chuckled darkly, its eyes tracking his every move.

"Keep running, little Ranger. It won't matter. Everything ends up in my belly!" it boomed, snapping its jaws loudly for emphasis. The sound echoed ominously through the storage area.

"Yeah, well, good luck with that. I’ve got a strict no-cannibalism policy," Adam shot back. He tightened his grip on his hatchet, formulating a plan. He needed to use its size against it. If he could lead it into a trap, maybe he could—

"Wait... where’d you go?" he whispered, realizing the monster had suddenly stopped moving.

The shadows around him shifted as the creature vanished from sight. Adam’s visor scanned the area, but the monster was gone. The eerie stillness sent a chill down his spine. He knew it wasn’t over.

A low, guttural whisper echoed from the darkness. "I’m closer than you think..."

Adam spun around just in time to see a massive shadow lunging toward him. He raised his hatchets in a defensive cross, bracing for impact.

Adam charged forward, Zeo Hatchet glowing brightly as he aimed for the monster’s grotesque bun-head. The creature dodged with a disturbingly quick hop, its glossy body wobbling unnaturally.

“Alright, you’ve got some moves,” Adam muttered, circling the monster. “But I’ve seen breakdancers with better footwork.”

The burger monster chuckled in that broken, carnival-ride voice. “You think you're clever, Green Ranger? Keep joking. It makes your screams all the sweeter.”

“Yeah? Well, I’ve got news for you,” Adam said, summoning his Zeo Laser Blaster in a flash of green light. “You’re about to get toasted!”

With a swift movement, he fired a barrage of energy blasts straight at the monster. The beams struck dead-on, causing a burst of sparks and a sizzling hiss. For a moment, the creature staggered, smoke rising from its battered body.

Adam smirked. “See? Nothing a little heat ray can’t handle.”

The fight stalled for a moment as Adam staggered, trying to catch his breath. Before he could regain his balance, a faint, desperate voice echoed through the dark corners of the storage area.

"Please... help... It hurts..."

Adam froze. It was unmistakably the girl from earlier.

“Wait… is that you? Are you okay?” Adam called out, frantically scanning the area. He took a few cautious steps forward, his armor creaking from the hits he’d already taken.

"Don’t leave me..." the voice whimpered, sounding closer now.

Adam hesitated. His instincts screamed that something was wrong. The voice sounded too... perfect. No tremors, no signs of weakness beyond fear. It was off, almost mechanical. He narrowed his eyes behind his visor.

Then the monster's voice spoke softly, layered underneath the girl's, just barely audible.

"Come closer, Ranger... It’s all part of the feast..."

Adam's eyes widened in horror. "No… Oh, you sick freak!"

Before he could retreat, multiple bacon tendrils shot out from the maw and slammed him hard in the chest and sides.

Ohhh, you shouldn’t have done that... Now it’s my turn!

Before Adam could react, another thick bacon tendril whipped out from the monster's side, slamming into his chest. He flew backward, crashing into a stack of crates with a grunt of pain. The crates shattered on impact, sending debris flying in all directions.

“Okay... okay, that one hurt,” Adam groaned, pushing himself to his feet. He barely had time to recover before another tendril shot toward him. He ducked just in time, the greasy strip smashing into the ground where he had stood seconds earlier.

Adam coughed, staggering as he pushed himself up from the wreckage of the food stall he had crashed into. His armor was cracked and sparking in places, and he felt the bruises forming under his suit. "Alright… you wanna play rough? Let's—"

Before he could finish, giant molten fries slammed into the ground around him, exploding like fiery pillars. The heat surged around him as scalding cheese hissed and oozed from the fries, creating a bubbling trap. Adam’s eyes widened in disbelief.

"What—seriously?! You're using fries as a prison now?" Adam muttered, stepping back cautiously. But before he could escape, the fries burst, releasing high-pressure streams of molten cheese. The burning liquid splattered across his armor, immediately causing intense pain.

“AAAAH! DAMN IT—TOO HOT!” Adam screamed, his body seizing up as the cheese hardened over his limbs. His muscles stiffened, locking him in place as more molten cheese poured down, burning through the cracks in his armor. He shook violently, the searing agony almost too much to bear.

"Ah, what's wrong, Ranger? Too much cheese for ya?" the burger monster mocked, waddling closer with exaggerated swagger. Its glowing red eyes flashed dangerously. "You should be grateful! Not everyone gets the special sauce treatment."

Adam strained, barely managing to turn his head. His movements were sluggish and uncoordinated from the intense heat.

"Y-you're... insane," Adam croaked through gritted teeth. He tried to summon his Zeo Laser Blaster, but his hand spasmed, causing the weapon to drop into the pool of bubbling cheese at his feet. His vision blurred from the heat radiating around him.

The burger monster chuckled darkly. "Oh no, no weapons allowed in my kitchen. Just you... and my ingredients." It snapped its bun-like jaws menacingly, molten cheese dripping from the jagged teeth inside.

Adam groaned, every muscle in his body trembling as he struggled to stay upright. "Guys... where are you?" he gasped, desperate to hear his team. He tried to reach for his communicator, but before he could activate it again, a thick bacon tongue lashed out and wrapped around his waist.

“Ugh—NO!” Adam screamed, twisting and kicking, but the greasy tendril tightened, pinning his arms to his sides. His spandex suit stretched painfully under the force as the bacon squeezed his chest, constricting his breathing. The monster dragged him forward, yanking him closer to its gaping mouth.

The monster's laughter grew louder. "Time to wrap things up, Green Ranger. I hope you like extra crispy!"

Adam's feet dragged across the ground as he fought with everything he had. His communicator crackled to life as his teammates' voices echoed faintly.

“Adam! Come in! We’re picking up your distress signal—are you okay?” Tommy’s voice broke through.

“Adam, answer us! We’re on our way!” Tanya added, her voice filled with urgency.

The jagged teeth within the bun glistened ominously, snapping open and shut in anticipation. The monster taunted him with a deep, twisted laugh. “Oh, I’ll chew you slowly, Ranger. You’re gonna scream for hours!”

Adam’s entire body convulsed as he was dragged across the broken festival ground, his armor grinding against sharp debris. Molten cheese seeped into every crack of his suit, scalding his exposed skin beneath the shattered plates. The bacon-like tendril coiled tighter around his chest and arms, squeezing with crushing force. His ribs creaked ominously under the pressure as he gasped for breath.

"Rrrgh... Fight it... MOVE!" Adam growled, his voice straining through the intense pain. He twisted violently, trying to free himself, but his armor was cracking with every jolt from the monster's tongue-like appendage.

The burger's laughter echoed louder, a manic, gurgling cackle that grew more shrill with each passing second. "YES! Struggle harder! Let me hear you SNAP!"

Adam let out a roar of defiance, but his voice broke into a scream as the monster’s jagged bun-teeth sank into his boots, shredding through metal and rubber. The crunching sound of armor and bone being pulverized filled the air like a grotesque symphony.

“AAAAAAAARGH!” Adam’s scream tore through the festival ruins, his head thrashing uncontrollably. The monster chewed slowly, savoring every snap and grind of its victim’s legs. Armor shards and bone fragments flew as the jaws worked methodically.

“HA! You thought you were fast?!” the monster shrieked. “Let’s see you RUN NOW!” It howled with laughter, vibrating with sadistic glee.

Adam's legs spasmed, his body instinctively kicking as the monster crunched deeper into his shins. The crack of shattered bone echoed, followed by another wet pop as his leg gave way completely.

“AAARGH—MY LEGS! AAAAAH!” His voice peaked into an ear-piercing shriek, high-pitched and primal. His feet twitched uselessly as the pain overtook every thought.

The tendril around his chest yanked him forward, dragging him into the monster’s boiling maw. Molten cheese poured over him, burning through what little armor remained.

“MORE! GIVE ME MORE!” the burger howled with frenzied hunger. Its jaws snapped again, biting into Adam’s thighs, crushing the bones with a sickening crunch. Blood and grease splattered onto the ground as the monster chewed.

“NNNNGH—AAAAARGH—STO—AAAAH!” Adam's screams dissolved into panicked, garbled sobs. His vision blurred as he felt the tearing, grinding agony travel up his body. His mind was fracturing under the sheer intensity of the pain.

CRUNCH. SNAP. GRIND. The burger’s jaws worked mercilessly, breaking him inch by inch.

“YES! YES! Break apart, Ranger! CRUMBLE!” the monster bellowed, shaking violently in manic delight. The sound of Adam’s splintering armor echoed louder as the tendril pinned his torso tighter.

Adam gasped for air, convulsing as the crushing pressure cracked his ribs. He couldn’t scream coherently anymore—his cries had become feral, animalistic shrieks, wild and uncontrolled. His helmeted head jerked violently, his entire body twitching as his mind spiraled into madness.

The monster’s voice escalated into a high-pitched screech, matching Adam’s frantic wails. “NO ESCAPE! I’LL GRIND EVERY LAST PIECE OF YOU! CHEW, CRUNCH, SWALLOW!”

With a final, horrific snap, the burger’s jaws clamped down on Adam’s waist, crushing through his midsection. His body went rigid as his ribs shattered. The tendril squeezed tighter, forcing the last few sparks of life from his broken frame.

Adam’s screams reached their peak, turning into incoherent bursts of agony. His communicator sparked weakly, broadcasting nothing but garbled, static-laden shrieks.

"AAAAAAHHHH! AAAAAAAAAAH!"
The monster roared in unison, its twisted, gurgling laughter blending with Adam’s fading screams.

“FINISH IT! FINISH IT!” the burger shrieked to itself as it slammed its jaws shut once more, the final crunch reverberating through the desolate fairgrounds. Armor fragments, blood, and molten cheese sprayed out from the corners of its maw as it chewed methodically, savoring the destruction of its prey.

Adam’s voice abruptly cut off, leaving behind only sputtering static from his shattered communicator. The fairgrounds fell into dead silence, save for the bubbling hiss of cheese dripping onto the ground.

The monster stood motionless for a moment, shuddering violently as its bloated body began to expand. Its pulsating bun swelled grotesquely, veins of green lettuce writhing across its surface like living arteries. The red glow in its eyes intensified, radiating with newfound power.

Embedded deep in the monster’s massive patty, Adam’s shattered helmet twitched weakly, his visor cracked and fused to the greasy flesh. Silent agony was etched into its mangled form.

"YES... YESSS..." the creature growled with deep satisfaction. "Ranger power... MINE NOW. And soon... the others... will SCREAM like YOU DID!"

It let out a deafening howl of triumph, shaking the ground beneath it. The grotesque, swollen monstrosity towered like a colossal food stall, pulsating with unnatural life. Its voice echoed ominously through the ruins as it stomped forward, grease bubbling in its wake.

“The feast is FAR from over...”

With a final, gurgling cackle, the monster slithered deeper into the wreckage, leaving only silence and the scorched remains of its battlefield. Adam Park was gone... consumed... his power fueling the nightmare.

***

The monstrous, swollen bun slowly creaked open, revealing writhing, pulsating flesh beneath it. Adam’s helmet emerged again, fused deep in the grease-soaked patty, twitching violently as if still struggling to escape. The steam-hissing jaws gaped wider, the entire mass quivering with malice.

Adam’s screams ripped through the choking, grease-thick air. His voice was raw, broken into bursts of frenzied shrieks. “NO! I... CAN FEEL IT! I’M—BEING MANGLED!” His head thrashed inside the warped helmet, his eyes wild and unfocused. Every inch of his body burned, crushed, and twisted in agony beyond reason.

“MY BODY! IT’S BREAKING! EVERYTHING—EVERY PIECE—JUST... TORN APART!” Adam’s terrified screams echoed louder, turning manic and uncontrollable. He jerked violently, his limbs twitching as though still trying to resist the relentless grinding force.

“PERFECT! JUST PERFECT!” the monster shrieked in glee, laughing hysterically as it snapped its massive jaws up and down. “YES! CRUNCH, SCREAM, REPEAT! YOU’RE DONE!”

The churning patty rippled violently, pulling Adam deeper as his screams cracked into guttural bursts. The jagged surface around him swelled grotesquely, veins throbbing with molten grease. His shattered visor fully exposed his face, twisted in unrelenting terror.

“IT’S TEARING ME APART—PIECE BY PIECE! THERE’S NOTHING LEFT! I’M... I’M MEAT!” Adam roared, the words garbled and frantic, as though he no longer fully recognized himself. The gnashing bun-jaws clamped together again, vibrating the ground with each bone-snapping bite.

“YES! YOU ARE!” the monster howled, its voice almost gleeful song, mocking Adam's despair. “BROKEN! SEARED! SEASONED! HA HA HA! NOT RANGER—JUST PART OF THE MEAL!”

Adam’s head flailed uncontrollably as the patty closed tighter around him. Scalding oil seeped into every crack of his armor, making his muscles convulse. His screams became high-pitched, near-inhuman howls. He clawed at the encasing flesh around him, but the patty absorbed him further.

"STOP IT! STOP THIS... THING! I... I'M NOTHING BUT... GRIST!" His words twisted into wild shrieking, barely comprehensible anymore. His helmet twitched violently, spasming in time with his erratic cries.

“MORE! I WANT MORE!” the monster bellowed, hopping slightly in manic excitement, the snap of its jaws like thunderclaps in the broken fairgrounds. "YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD FIGHT?! YOU WERE NOTHING BUT A SNACK!"

Adam’s screams faltered, now fragmented bursts of pain as his mind continued to unravel. “NO... EVERYTHING... IS—" His voice collapsed into choked gasps, nearly drowned by the hissing grease.

The monster stomped forward, steam billowing from every crack in its expanding body. Molten cheese and bubbling oil dripped from its frame, sizzling as it hit the shattered pavement. Adam's voice echoed deep within the monster’s core, a horrific, faint whisper, barely distinguishable amid the monster's overwhelming laughter.

“Crushed... broken... forever...” Adam whimpered weakly, the last remnants of his identity drowning in molten torment.

The bun snapped shut with a booming finality, sealing him permanently inside the grotesque, searing abyss. The monster let out a howl of triumph, shaking the entire fairground. Its bloated form twisted and expanded further, the surface of its bun glistening with grotesque life.

"NEXT... THE REST OF YOU... TO THE GRILL!" it shrieked, its eyes flaring like molten pits. It stomped forward, the ruins shuddering under its weight. The sizzling echoes of its cackling laughter mixed with Adam’s fading, tortured cries, the sound growing distant but never-ending.

The nightmare was not over. The feast... would continue.
