Thanks for this! I mentioned in the community chat that this song made (makes) me cry too. It's such an honest song. It's also brilliant because while she's lamenting her status as a "bud", and conveying sadness, it also has this driving sense of conviction behind it that feels inspiring. "Don't you dare pour water on me", like she is determined to blossom on her own, don't pity her and don't patronize her. There's also wisdom in that, she's not going to force herself to grow into something just because the world wants her to. I believe she also touches on her feelings being a part of Itzy in this, saying she's the last one to bloom, she might not be as beautiful but she'll pretend to be a flower like the rest. It's really heart wrenching. But also inspiring like I said. She gets doubted a lot but girl has a real gift and real skill.

You believe the feelings in the lyrics because as a singer she makes you feel each emotion. Many many many singers are great vocalist but they don't convey the emotion of the lyrics but Lia is very skilled at it.
