For anyone tired of customer service... threatening to cancel... if that company has a retention team which large companies typically do, just ask for the that team. They are the ones that have the bargaining power... retention and escalations teams.... ( my perspective as a former customer service/retention/escalations/ and quality agent)

I don't recall ever having to enter a password or download an app to access individual videos. I just click the link to watch on Dropbox's site. Like, it nudges me to try the app, but I always decline (even with app installed; its video player is awful)... Anyway, I'm happy Vimeo worked out. I just don't want you to feel "stuck" with them.

Pace yourself with uploading videos, make sure you enjoy doing this. Cannot wait for the Red Velvet, Mamamoo, Dreamcatcher album listen but whenever you do them ❤️❤️
