JYP is monitoring the dimensions for sad kids--for some reason--and saw the little girl could use some some cheering up. So like Zordon, he summons the rainbow-colored Power Rangers/Sailor Scouts to go help her out. But the love cops don't want Twice to...leave the film studio? So JYP acts as the wheelman, picking up Twice at the studio and driving the van to the candy HQ. Once there, he sends Twice and the van through the portal to the real world, sacrificing himself to hold off the love cops. He's crying tears of happiness (not defeat) because though he was thrown in anime jail, he saw that his mission was successful. He didn't kidnap Twice; rather, he was like the Charlie/Bosley to the Angels. Yeah... Not the most sensical thing, but this is magical kiddy anime here, so lack of logic "isn't a bug; it's a feature."
