The list that I had on my schedule for Patreon content for yesterday (Sunday 12th) will be delayed to Tuesday 13th due to a major issue with Vimeo, the platform that I use to upload Patreon content. I have a Zoom meeting with one of their reps tomorrow (13th) to discuss an unfortunate but inevitable up-charge to my membership on Vimeo. Apparently, my Vimeo account's content has surpassed their allowed monthly bandwidth and "Vimeo has been losing money supporting" my usage on my account (literally quoted their e-mail), and are basically saying that I have to be charged more now or my whole Vimeo account will be terminated, which would REAALLLLLLY be TERRIBLE, considering how much content I have up.
Hopefully things will go swimmingly and the up-charge won't be TOO bad, but yeah. Just thought I'd let y'all know, and I apologize for the delay! Thanks for being patient with me.

2021-09-14 05:30:07 +0000 UTCFollowing up Mr Jackpots reactions, you don’t necessarily have to lower the resolution. I know people who compress their file to keep the resolution but save some space. Although tedious, a platform that reactors typically reupload their content is Dropbox.

2021-09-14 03:01:32 +0000 UTCEvery reactor reaches this point when they reach a certain level of popularity and it doesn't matter which service you use because they all work the same way. There are only 2 ways to deal with this. You can pay for more bandwidth and pass the cost onto patrons or you can remove your current content from Vimeo then re-upload it at a lower resolution to reduce the file sizes. I prefer to pay more to keep the quality high, but maybe you could run a poll to see what everyone thinks.
