[1] Ms. Tajima has to wait seven seconds until the ventilator softly, but quickly inflates her lungs.
[2] Her lungs then remain under pressure for a moment, which would seem long and drawn out for regular breathing.
[3] Before they are slowly left to deflate.
From then on it is another seven second wait until she my breathe again.
Next time will likely be anesthesia induction time :D
Until then, please enjoy our already deeply sedated lady.

In the original Pixiv post there were covers already there, so I thought it wouldn't be necessary to have them in here to, but you are right, I'd like to include more variations with blankets and drapes as well. It's also the first time of the uterine manipulator being present on her, so I didn't think including one where it is removed again was necessary, but I can include such a difference too if you like.
