Been testing that new RipX plugin, and loving it! So wanted to demo it here.

I tried setting up a Drum Rack preset once because they for some reason default to having no velocity response when adjusting the notes in a midi clip unless each pad is setup for it. (inconvenient) I do recall seeing you mention why you like Sampler over Simpler in one of your vids (or was it the other way around?) Either way, there is much to learn. I know the info is out there and learnable but can learn quicker when talking to someone who knows already.

2021-09-19 19:20:17 +0000 UTCCheers! The Sampler preset chops audio into Drum Rack that uses Sampler on its pads (instead of default Simpler). If you want the preset, just lemme know! I might even do a post on why Sampler is much better (in a way).

2021-09-19 18:59:51 +0000 UTCThis tool looks pretty insane. Thanks for showing it off. Also, I recently started using RX and didn't know what the music rebalance feature was till i saw you use it. I am curious too what your -SAMPLER- template is in Ableton for the sample chops going to midi. I have yet to use the feature but ive seen it done by a few people.
