Been working on some house lately, and decided to record for ya'll all the in-built drumsounds of my beloved E-MU SP-12.
DOWNLOAD here and enjoy!
These are available for all those who are on Support team member tier or higher.

They're nice and chunky; they're kind of eighties (the machine is from eighties), but highly mallable, I'd say.
My SP-12 was sent to me by a good friend, Jason from Singapore.
Hats off to you, Jason!

2020-06-29 07:51:01 +0000 UTCDidn't think of that yet; mostly thought of doing a DR so users don't have to do the manual work…also want to sort the drumsounds logically and get their leveling unified.

2020-06-28 17:54:05 +0000 UTCNo probs! Thanks for your patronage :) It's not super steep; honestly, it's a fairly simple machine…but its limitations (and its sound) are def part of its charm. The SP-2400 has been in the making for a while now…afaik it was supposed to come out last Dec, but IRL things never go as planned. It does interest me, but having been involved in beta and alpha testing as well as software development, I personally wouldn't want to be an early adopter [insert here a story about how things don't go as planned IRL and esp. when it comes to software, heavy testing is needed till something works well, and it's not even on testing stage yet). Fun fact: I bought my MPC 60 from the guy who runs the company, Isla Instruments.
