He actually bought the farm in 2018 long before his daughter was born because he ended up loving it there. Zayn and Gigi then decided to raise their daughter there and that’s why he now lives in PA full time. His daughter was born in his bedroom at his farm btw, so that place is probably very special to him

Also, I think he chose it bc of the very strict privacy laws Regarding Dave Cobb's involvement, the "demos" on the z-sides are zayn's production.
