Hi because Google login is not available on Web view, which Infinity uses for logging in your patreon account. What you could try is to look at https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025637272-How-to-change-my-email-or-password and try setting a password for your account. And then you may be able to use your Gmail + your set password to login.
