Someone New is one of my favorites of that album! Gosh, I just love his lyricism. He’s a poet! Besides just being a great song, I think Take Me To Church blew up so huge partly because its message is a condemnation of the church’s stance on homosexuality and it kind of became a protest song. It struck a chord (no pun intended 😅) with a lot of people and went viral.
