2025-10-24 05:15:46 +0000 UTCOh Iβm actually so envious. He was at a comic con here in the states a few months back but we was the opposite side of the country and I just couldnβt do it. Iβd love to meet him.

2025-10-21 21:08:19 +0000 UTCProbably been done, but Β£33 in 1997 is the equivalent of Β£65.62 today (according to the Bank of England website), which Google tells me equates to $87.98 today

2025-10-19 16:45:05 +0000 UTCYes Jeremy clarkson was the face of top gear. And itβs more then likely that he said what Alan was reading

2025-10-19 15:30:09 +0000 UTCThe word genius is often used flippantly. In the case of Chris Morris, itβs utterly appropriate! Even the way he walks out of the door is exceptional π Look for βWhy Bother?β (the thing he did with Peter Cook). Itβs the only time Iβve ever heard Peter Cook being slightly upstaged!

2025-10-19 11:18:06 +0000 UTCThe farmer he interviews is played by comedic genius Chris Morris, a comedy radio show of his called 'On The Hour' actually created the character Alan Partridge which went on to become a TV how called 'The Day Today', it's a parody of a news show, Chris Morris plays the main presenter and Alan Partridge is the sports correspondent.

2025-10-19 10:48:54 +0000 UTCAlan's fake wife is Doon Mackichan, of Smack the Pony fame. A brilliant all-women comedy sketch show which is apparently coming back soon. The receptionist who keeps laughing is also one of the 3 comedians in it, Sally Phillips.

2025-10-19 09:37:30 +0000 UTCSorry to hear you're getting some rude commenters. Unfortunately, sometimes, the type of people these reaction channels attract, are some of the worst and also the most gung-ho about their country. Like, if it was a channel reacting to American content, you'd get a few Americans who're obsessed with the constitution and the military, etc, defending the states, in the comments. On the other hand, the reactors themselves tend to be more interested in things going on outside their country, so they're a little more open-minded. These people don't realize they're just embarrassing themselves. Anyway, keep up the good work.
