So if you want to recieve the special Bild Zeitung you actually have to set your PC to german or bring it somehow to install it in german.^^ If you haven't I will try and get another one and send it to you since you are such a sims fanboy xD.^^

Did you recognize any make or model on that "Enhanced Keyboard" with the transparent cover? I had one of these back in the late 1980 / early 1990s with a VOBIS 286. It was one of my favourite keyboards until it broke (in half).
