These bugs get their main nutrients from unsuspecting guys, they will hypnotise them into breeding with them and forfeiting their nutrient loaded man juices. The grubs' other source of food are plants but their favourite form of food is c*m.

I'd say he's left in a mindless state for some time before coming to his senses. He'd be confused about why he's naked in the forest
